                                      Champions League Review

Sorry I have not posted for so long but I have been so busy, but I am back with my thoughts and opinions on the last 8 in the Champions League. Hopefully I will have a new post on Leaked Football boots coming soon!

                                                                      Barcelona

Can they win it? :    Yes!

Barcelona have qualified for the last 8 after beating Manchester City 3-1 on aggregate. In my opinion they are one of the best teams left in the competition,  and have got the joint all time top scorer in the Champions League, Lionel Messi, and not to mention Luis Suarez and Neymar. They have got the firepower and the experience to win this years Champions League.

                                                               Real Madrid

Can they win it? :  Yes!

I think that Real Madrid are the team most likely to win this year's Champions League for the 11th time. The holders have not been at their best lately, and players such as Gareth Bale have been getting booed by the fans, but with players like Bale and of course Cristiano Ronaldo, Madrid are certainly strong contenders once again.

Juventus

Can they win it? :  Probably Not

Juventus have made it through to the last 8 after a superb performance against Borrusia Dortmund, beating them 5-1 on aggregate! 'The Old Lady' have a squad packed with quality, featuring the likes of Carlos Tevez, Paul Pogba, Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini and Arturo Vidal, but I do not feel that they are as strong as the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid. I can easily see them reaching the semi-finals, but I do not see them getting past that stage.

AS Monaco

Can they win it? : No

Out of the remaining teams in the Champions League, I feel that Monaco are one of the most unlikely to win it. They have been drawn against Juventus, which will be a tough match, but with the quality of their defence, they could easily come away with a win, especially after beating Arsenal in the last 16. Even if they get past Juventus, I feel that they will not make it past the semis.

FC Porto

Can they win it? : Definitely not!

In my opinion there is no way that Porto will be victorious in this years Champions League!  They have been drawn against an incredibly tough Bayern Munich side, and I do not think they have the quality within their squad to win against Pep Guardiola's side. So I do not think Porto stand a chance of winning the Champions League this year.

PSG

Can they win it? : Probably not

You may be wondering why I do not think that PSG will win the Champions League, as they have a world class squad and have just beaten Chelsea, but there is one problem: Ibra is suspended! Without the Swedish forward I do not think that they will win it, especially since they are playing Barcelona in the quarters! I am not completely ruling them out, but it is very unlikely in my view.

Bayern Munich

Can they win it? : Yes!

I think that Guardiola ( Above) and his Bayern team are one of the favourites once again this year. They have the experience of Philipp Lahm, Bastian Schweinsteiger, with the quality of Arjen Robben, Manuel Neuer and Franck Ribery and the deadly finishing of Robert Lewandoski, the German club have all the ingredients to win the Champions League. I think they will ease past Porto, and then it is all to play for in the semis and the final.

Athletico Madrid

Can they win it? :  Maybe

Another team who could potentially win the Champions League is Athletico Madrid. They are playing rivals Real in the quarters, but if they can beat them, I would honestly consider them as one of the favourites. They only beat Bayer Leverkusen on penalties, who world class teams really should be beating convincingly, but the quality that they have displayed under Diego Simeone proves that they are certainly no pushovers.

       Nike Hypervenom Phantom Premium Review

                                                                    My Rating - 4/10

The new liquid diamond hypervenoms have just been released by Nike, and to be honest I am not a huge fan of the boots at all. I don't like the colour way, as I do not think that they go well together at all! I have never loved hypervenoms, despite them being extremely comfortable, and I imagine these will be no different, so if comfort is more your thing, then these could be the perfect boots for you. Something that I do like about these boots is the pink tick at the front, which in my opinion looks awesome with the silver. Apart from that though, there is not much to like about these boots in my view!

                                                Top 5 Transfer Rumours

5. Mohamed Salah - Chelsea to Roma

The Egyptian winger has flopped at Chelsea and there are strong rumours that he could be heading off to Roma in a deal that could potentially be worth just £300k. Chelsea have been linked to a number of players, so the Premier League leaders are reportedly keen to flog some fringe players in their squad, and the first of which could potentially be Mohamed Salah.

4.  Gabriel Paulesta - Villarreal to Arsenal

Gabriel Paulesta, the 24-year-old centre back is reportedly very close to completing a move to the Gunners in a £6m deal. He has also had strong links with Manchester United, but Arsenal seem to be leading the race for the Brazilians signature. He could be a very good purchase for the North London club if the deal goes through.

3. Douglas Costa - Shaktar Donetsk to Chelsea

Another Brazilian linked to a Premier League club, Douglas Costa is strongly linked with a move to Chelsea. He is an attacking midfielder, who at the age of 24, has bags of potential. Chelsea are keen to add more quality to their squad in their chase for the Premier League title, and this man fits the bill perfectly.

2. David De Gea - Manchester United to Real Madrid

David De Gea's contract is running out in under 18 months time, and there has been no new offer put on the table at the moment, which has caught the attention of Real Madrid. His girlfriend, who is representing Spain in the Eurovision song contest this year, is keen to move back there, which means that United's no.1 could be on the way out. Madrid see De Gea as there long term keeper for the upcoming years, who has performed heroics for United this season, saving his side many goals in the 2014/15 campaign.

1. Juan Cuadrado - Fiorentina to Chelsea

And to complete the countdown, Juan Cuadrado,  The Colombian winger starred for Colombia in the World Cup, linking up brilliantly with James Rodriguez. It is a deal that is believed to be almost completed, which would cost Chelsea a great deal of many, but in my opinion would be completely worth it!                                   Adidas F50 Adizero Boot Review

My Rating- 10/10

I absolutely LOVE these boots. The new solar red and white colour way looks incredible, and the ghost graphic looks absolutely amazing in my opinion. They also feature 3 stripes on the heel, which I think looks extremely cool! These new F50's are available to pre-order now, and will be released in early February, but stars will be rocking the new design extremely soon. They weigh just 172.78 grams, or 6.1oz if you prefer, which is very, very light for a football boot. These super light boots are perfect for rapid wingers and deadly strikers, who are guaranteed to look a class above their teammates wearing the newest addition to the range! There are F50's, F30's, F10's and F5's available in a large number of sizes, so these boots are available for pretty much anybody looking for a new pair of boots! The F50's also has new functional 360 degree DribbleTex, which is a raised grip texture on the upper, these boots deliver increased ball control in any conditions.

Top 3 Future Ballon d'or Winners

 3.  Sergio Diaz

The 16 year-old Paraguayan forward, currently playing for Cerro Porteno, has recently opened talks to sign for Manchester United. Diaz, who has also been linked to Liverpool, has scored 8 goals in 20 games for Cerro Portena this season, which is incredible for someone who only turned 16 a month ago! This guy could be an absolutely amazing player. Sergio Diaz... remember the name!

2.  Hachim Mastour

Another 16 year-old who could potentially be a future winner of the Ballon d'or is Hachim Mastour.
He is currently playing for the AC Milan first team at the age of 16! He is an incredibly skilful player who plays a bit like Neymar, but I think that Hachim has the potential to be even better!
If you have not seen or heard of him, watch this clip:

1. Martin Odegaard

Once again, this guy is 16, and I reckon that he is absolutely insane! He made his Norway debut at the age of 15! He has been on the radar of pretty much every single big club in Europe, and has just completed a deal with Real Madrid. I think that this guy WILL be a future Ballon d'or winner.
